Customer Survey 2009 Feedback

This is the 3rd year that we have evaluated our service by asking our customers how we have performed. Our actions in response to your feedback has shaped Powdertech into the service led organisation that operates today and continues to develop better ways to do business.

This year the overall response was good with all areas having made improvements  since the last survey;

The other 7 areas all showed an improvement on last year.

We will be addressing 2 issues directly:

Call back frequency. Where a preference has been expressed we will put a call request into our customer database. We will call you when you want us to.

Staff training. Enhancing the current staff training program.              

Finally your comments on the type of information that you find useful has been noted and we will be acting on this with our technical mailings in the next year.
