This prestigious development built over several phases has a range of products. Terrace balconies, juliette balconies and balustrade.
Project Details:
The balcony bases were made in component form with the balustrade in one piece. Everything was assembled, including glass, handrail and decking, to form the complete balcony before being installed in a single lift.
The brief required close attention to detail to ensure that galvanizing was finished to a high quality especially at the corner connections.

Off site manufacture ensures that everything can be prepared in a controlled environment. No need to prepare and paint on site and be subject to the weather and potential defects.
Installation time at the site is kept to a minimum therefore congestion is minimised and efficiency maximised.
