Project Overview:
A modern development with a total of 70, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Apartments have either juliette balconies or decked balconies.
Project Details:
All steelwork was hot dip galvanized to ISO1461 before being fettled to give a smooth base for powder coating.
The decked balconies weigh up to 400kg, 4000mm x 1800mm.
Infill panels are laser cut steel.
Colour used was BS18B25 matt.
